Employee Eligibility: All employees
Entitlement: An employee disabled by pregnancy or a pregnancy-related condition, either before or after birth, is entitled to pregnancy disability leave. Employers in Delaware must now make available to pregnant workers the same accommodations or benefits that are available to those who are not so affected but similar in the ability or inability to work, without regard to the source of any condition affecting the other employee's or applicant's ability or inability to work.
