Covered Employers: All employers

Employee Eligibility: Any employee who is called to active state duty as a member of the armed forces of this state or any other state, including without limitation the National Guard, a reserve component of the armed forces, or the militia.

Entitlement: Eligible employees have the same employment and reemployment rights, privileges, and benefits as though called to active duty in U.S. service.

Benefits: Eligible employees are entitled to the same employment benefits as though called to active duty in U.S. service. An employee cannot be denied incidents or advantages of employment because of their obligation as a member of the armed forces.

Reinstatement: Eligible employees are entitled to the same reemployment rights as though called to active duty in U.S. service. An employee cannot be denied retention in employment because of their obligation as a member of the armed forces.
